Seamaster Salmon Reel Anti-ReverseAn excellent Seamaster Salmon model anti reverse reel, set up for RHW. 3 1 2" diameter with bolstered stainless steel pillars. The spool width is 7 8". Excellent lightly used condition with one or two nicks on the frame edge, a few very light surface scratches on the sideplates and light mounting marks on the foot. Some slight residue from backing on the spool, but this really is very clean throughout and has been well cared for. Mechanically perfect

It's definitely not for beginners and you can't abuse it

The Hermann Sea Trout utilizes the same double brake shoe drag and same multiplying gear setup as do his salmon reels

The ferrule sizes are 18/64 and 13/64

Only 99 were made and each is sequentially numbered

I do not have one to verify though

Bold strokes and managed colors help create the feeling of a pebbled riverbed

rope knurled N/S hardware with figured olivewood insert

Copper line guide is original and has some slight line grooves but this is not troublesome
