Bill Ballan Raised Pillar Trout Reel 2 5/8"A small Bill Ballan raised pillar trout reel, 2 5 8" in diameter. Neutral bias that allows for reeling in either direction with a satisfying click, though with perhaps a slight favor to RHW. Black side plates with a silver frame and foot with a silver spool and crank handle fixed on the spool. "Bill Ballan" engraved into the counterbalance. Near mint condition, as I can find a few very minor marks from use but I doubt this reel has seen much action at
