Cliff Herron Fly Reel 4 1/2"A large Cliff Herron saltwater fly reel, set up for LHW. 4 1 2" in diameter with a 1 3 8" spool width. Direct drive. Gold anodized color, with porting on the winding plate side of the spool. Used condition with moderate wear around the frame. There is also some corrosion around the base of the crank handle, near where the foot joins the frame, and a little bit of minor corrosion on the inside of the spool. The reel functions just fine mechanically
The Tailwind is a fast action rod
Two of the issues have what appears to be coffee residue on the bottom and some staining on the individual pages throughout
