The DOMANI consortium held an in-person Steering Group (SG) and project coordination meeting on 29 January 2025 in Tartu, Estonia. The meeting focused on project governance, quality assurance, deliverables, and planning of upcoming activities.

The meeting gathered project partners to review progress, discuss survey results, approve governance structures, and coordinate upcoming milestones.
Objectives
The Steering Group meeting aimed to:
- Review project management progress and upcoming deliverables
- Discuss survey results related to micro-credential demand and design
- Finalise quality assurance structures and responsibilities
- Coordinate dissemination, digital platform development, and events
- Align timelines, budget considerations, and mobility planning
Key Decisions
- Quality Assurance Team approved, with representatives from all partner countries
- Only one international hackathon will be organised towards the end of the project
- The project website and dissemination channels (Facebook, YouTube) were confirmed
- Each university must appoint a Quality Assurance representative
- Dissemination reports must be submitted within seven days after each event
Next Steps
- Partners to submit logos, content, and dissemination materials for the project website
- Preparation of the digital learning platform, with technical launch planned for August 2025
- Continued planning of training sessions, summer schools, and stakeholder engagement
- Exploration of additional funding opportunities to support mobility
