Lot 010 - Pair Of Antique Gold-Painted Cast Iron Owl Andirons With Painted Eyes, 13-7/8" H EachPair of antique cast iron andirons depicting owls perched on branches that form the front legs of each andiron. Finished in gold colored paint with yellow and black painted eyes. The reverse sides show visible rust and casting mark 29 on the bodies of each owl. Both exhibit scattered paint loss, surface wear, and patina consistent with age and use. Circa early 20th century.
