The case retains its glass window where the clock face would have been but no longer contains the dial or movement. Interior paper label reads Patented Spring Brass 30 Hour Clock, Manufactured by Seth Thomas, Thomaston, Connecticut. Paper label on back indicates it was sold or serviced
