Description
Hardy Perfect Trout Reel 3 1/8" - LHWA nice Hardy Perfect narrow spool reissue reel, 3 1 8" and set up for LHW. Mint, unfished and comes in the original box and paperwork. Polished lineguard. Comes with a black fleece lined pouch embossed with "Hard Bros, Alnwick" on it.
Transparent main wraps with dark brown edges
Comes with a Hardy padded pouch for the reel and the two spare spools are in a brown cloth Orvis bag
Length - 7'9"
The ferrules are size 12/64 and 16/64 with a nice fit
The script remains clean and bold though there is a small area of wear
this certainly sounds as though he is referring to Leonard and Payne rods

Type III black anodized finish
This reel has visited the Brule river often
The inner flanges of the spool show some finish wear due to an old silk line being stored on the reel for a very long time
