The original script was lost in the restoration and was replaced by Bob

apply a bit of varnish to it to secure it for the future (pics shown are "before")

Housed in a fine leather pouch with instructions

Though the script on the butt section was replaced during the restoration

Light wear to the rim and bottom of the butt cap

I cannot find any evidence of brassing on the inside of the guides which indicates that it has had almost no use
