To this end

I wanted it to feel like the bedroom that it was with window light background of doors and curtains

The portraits are as much about me as they are about the sitter

In my journey as a photographer I have made more portraits than any other genre or theme

I chose to use a chine collé with Awagami Kitakata tissue

This hand-pulled photogravure print is made with Charbonnel noir 55981

presented in a 4 - ply white rag mat

on Rives BFK paper

My choice of a slightly mottled off white background is likely a nod to my photography hero Irving Penn

I printed an edition of 7 numbered prints and  2 A/P prints
