Orvis CFO III Limited Edition Fly ReelA nice Orvis CFO III Limited Edition fly reel, 2 7 8" in diameter. Made in England. Serial no. 022 or 220 made. The reel has backing loaded on it but appears unfished. This limited edition run of the CFO was built on the same tooling as the original 1971 72 version. The reel features a quick change spool. Right or left hand retrieve. Palmable rim. The CFO III is arguably the perfect all around size for trout fishing. Comes in an Orvis pouch and
having been used very sparingly
There is a possible area of delamination 9" below the mid female ferrule
The vise includes original wrenches
this rod weighs 4 1/2 oz and has size 14/64 ferrules with an excellent fit
