No scuffing to the frame, only a slight hint of brassing to the anodizing where the line is taken up. 2 3 4" diameter with an 3 4" spool width. Near black frame with a faint hint of copper anodizing to the frame and spool. The foot, serpentine handle, oil cap, and nameplate are sliver. Perfect mechanical condition with a nice loud click.
