Hardy Perfect 2 7/8" Fly Reel 1930sFor sale here is a leaded Hardy Perfect 2 7 8" trout fly reel from the 1930s with unblemished agate line guide, full length ribbed brass foot, ebonite handle and rim tensioner. Curved writing on the faceplate. Duplicated MKII check. The spool rocks very slightly, otherwise a very nice reel mechanically. The reel weighs 7 oz. with the silk line included on the spool.

Judging by the guide foot stains on the mid and the ghosting on the tips this rod has been refinished and may have been cut down from a 9 foot
