Parker, Jon - 7'9 2/2 5wt Bamboo RodFor sale here is a Jon Parker bamboo rod 7'9 2 2 for a 5 weight DT line. Excellent condition. 5 1 4 oz. Up locking nickel silver reel seat over a spanish cedar spacer; very powerful medium fast action. A very nice rod from a very well respected builder.
The ferrules fit together perfectly

It sports classic styling with nickel silver sidebands and black delrin end plates and is in flawless
The reel is setup for LHW but I believe it can be reversed
The varnish coat is very light and well done
One of the spools has been dropped and the rim is dented (this does not affect the operation of the reel)
Included with this sale is a Hardy Bros
The restoration was performed by the masterful hands of Bob Summers
Rubber button on the butt is mounted on a ferrule and pulls out to accommodate a fighting butt which is provided with the rod
Varnished and with a three up node pattern construction
