Phillipson Peerless Dry Fly Special Bamboo Rod 8'6" 3/2 6wt (2 rods in one!)For sale here is a very special Phillipson impregnated bamboo rod Dry Fly Special 8'6" 3 2 for a 6wt line. Dark impregnated cane, beautiful and classic Phillipson wraps henna brown tipped with yellow spiral wraps. Cigar cork grip with Phillipson bronze anodized aluminum reel seat. The nickel silver ferrules are size 12 64 and 18 64 and fit together nicely. The rod is in near mint original condition. Strong medium fast action with a lot of backbone.
The step-down ferrules have retained an excellent fit and include an original ferrule plug
Capacity is WF5 + 20 yds of backing
The reel is in excellent lightly used condition
