Talbot, Al - 1 piece 8' Bamboo Fly RodFor sale here is a very scarce one piece bamboo rod made by Al Talbot. Eight feet for a 5 weight line. Excellent plus original condition with only some minor soiling of the grip. Zebra wood spacer with up locking aluminum reel seat. Brown silks with black edges. The rod weighs 3 7 8 oz. and the tip top is size 5 64. Medium action. Original bag and tube. Al Talbot was an expert machinist and is responsible for designing and building the milling machine
Capacity is WF7+50yds
Plus reels are engineered and assembled at their factory in Iceland
The grip is soiled and has a few small indentations but is in otherwise fine shape
