The Rector of the National University of Mongolia (NUM), Professor B.Ochirkhuyag, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Student Development, Professor D.Zayabaatar, and the Project coordinator of the Mongolian side, Professor O.Altansukh, participated in the кick-off meeting of the project “Developing Micro-Credentials Ecosystems in Ukraine and Mongolia for Competitive and Resilient Green Economies – DOMANI”, which is funded by ERASMUS+ CBHE program. During the meeting, representatives of two universities, the NUM and the EMU, exchanged experience on micro-credit development, its quality assurance system and the opportunity to implement the Estonian micro-credit system at NUM, and on strengthening cooperation between the Forestry Institutes of the two universities. The significance of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the EMU and the NUM. In addition, the Forestry Institute of the NUM, its professors and researchers were introduced, and the director of the Forestry Institute of the EMU was invited to visit Mongolia in June 2025 for summer school, which will organize under the DOMANI project.
