1990's Grover Jackson KV.D-120 King V Flying V (Metallic Red)

1990's Grover Jackson KV.D-120 King V Flying V (Metallic Red)Japanese made in the mid to late 1990's, these were a high end offering King V from Grover Jackson. Poplar body with a neckthrough maple construction and 24 fret bound rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length), weighs 3. 4kg's. Loaded with Jackson branded hardware, a factory Schaller locking tremolo and an aftermarket Seymour Duncan TB5 in the bridge position paired with the original neck humbucker. Received a full setup and service prior to listing

Features a period-correct flathead screws throughout

Loaded with a professionally installed Kahler locking tremolo system (that works perfectly and seems to have been on there for a while) along with the original Super 58 humbuckers

A few years later

the Ibanez 540S Saber was  the predecessor of the famous S series and is known for it's slim

this one appears to be factory original as pictured

overall it's in very nice condition with only a few dings/bumps as pictured

it appears to be close to all original except for the missing truss cover and pickup ring

There's some clouding to the finish (primarily on the back) that's common with older Yamaha builds

very good lightly used condition as pictured and is all original

Full neckthrough construction with a jacaranda top and back
