The manufacturer Vejle Stole & Mobelfabrik was based in Vejle, Denmark and was crafting furniture since 1894. Between then and its closing in 2011, the company produced finely crafted furniture for a number of well recognized danish designers. This particular example came from an Ithaca, New York estate. The table is a gorgeous 42 inch laminate example with original 320 Park Avenue label (dating it to the 1960s)

Based on the construction and materials

They may have a couple of imperfections in the wire seats as is expected for chairs of this vintage
