1990s Womb Chair and Ottoman, Models 70L and 74Y, by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in Cognac LeatherThis is an original Womb lounge chair and its accompanying ottoman, Model 70L, designed by Eero Saarinen for Florence Knoll in 1948. This example was manufactured by Knoll in the USA in the 1990s. The piece features a seat that is formed of foam covered molded fiberglass and has tubular chromed steel legs. It has been newly upholstered in a rich cognac leather. The chair measures 34 inches long, 41 inches wide, and 36 inches high. It has a seat height
The seat and back are black plastic
Listed for sale is a vintage 1950's George Nelson walnut bedside table and cabinet
designed by Hans Wegner in 1951
as the chairs were produced circa 2006
the price listed is for one stool
The other is an early Herman Miller piece
these chairs are in very good vintage condition with some signs of age apparent
designed by Charles and Ray Eames
only this silhouette omits the back vent
The set is truly amazing to see in person and the weight of them is considerable
This upholstery is a lovely black leather
It does have a couple of chips on the bottom edge of the top
