1950s Pair of Jens Risom Designs Inc Walnut & Laminate End Side Table Knoll EamesListed for sale is a rare pair of Jens Risom Designs Inc walnut & tan laminate end side tables. These tables are marked and original examples. They were designed by Jens Risom and produced by his company, circa mid 1950's. The tables are in very good to excellent vintage condition, showing some light wear as expected for their age. See photos for details. Risom produced some very early works for Knoll and soon went off on his own with Jens Risom

The table base is in excellent shape with minimal wear to note

this was used as Richard Schultz and his family's coffee table in their home

According to the research of Wright Auctions:

The chairs are very comfortable to sit in and have considerable weight to them

The tops also have some wear noted with some light marks and scratches from use

the pieces were still produced by Thonet
