The taffeta material has a sheen and a substantial feeling, so it wouldn't feel out of place worn out of the house. The rich navy blue material is also not sheer, so it could be worn with nothing layered under. It features a V neckline, with a slightly gathered bust, an inverted V waistline, and a paneled skirt creating an A line shape. The edges are scalloped, with three tiers
