40's Violet Dyed Lace Lounge Robe by Trousseaux By TerrisHave all the luxury of a Trousseaux by Terris, but with a rare pop of violet color! Trousseaux by Terris has been manufacturing sweet and simple Intimates and Loungewear since the 1930's, but most examples are in white, off white or pale pastel colors. This robe was originally an Ivory hue color, but I overdyed it violet, to help some stain become less noticeable. Made from a beautifully lustrous viscose or rayon fabric, its medium weight hand fabric
Hasn’t been soaked or cleaned so may come out but no guarantees
slight pilling and a couple loose stitches
Vest is lined with lovely lavender fabric
Small hole under arm and small stain on arm
Fur is in excellent shape
She adapted traditional Tyrolean knit patterns and
vintage 1960s dress set
in excellent vintage condition

No major issues though there were a couple faint spots and an old partial ring that didn't completely lift with treatment
