70's Navy Blue Pleated Soft Wool Plaid Midi Skirt by J S MeierExquisite fabric is a soft high quality wool over an acetate lining. Colors are black, navy blue, green and a row of dark red. Gathered on the waist band that has a side button and side zipper closing. Excellent condition with no issues. Truly a beautiful skirt. Label is J. S. Meier which was John and Beverly Meier who started the label in 1972. Tagged a size 10 but please check the measurements below carefully. waist 28" hips 48" length 33" hem
as well as a light bit of tarnishing on the belt buckle (see photos)
