70’s/80’s Edwardian Ruffle Collar and Cuff Blouse by Montgomery Ward1970s 1980s Montgomery Ward polyester blouse in white. Pretty white flowing blouse with an Edwardian ruffled collar and cuffs. Puffy sleeves. This would be so perfect with a fitted vest or under a blazer. There is a picture of Princess Diana wearing a shirt like this with a red cardigan tied over her shoulders, and it looks stunning. Very light fabric, which I believe is polyester due to feel.
