The buckle is black enameled metal with a deco X design. The pieces hook together. 1 3 4"tall and 1 1 4"wide. Each piece. Together 2 3 4" wide. The satin belt will fit a 30" waist. It is sewn to the buckle bars and it could be made smaller. The belt is 3 +" wide. The buckle can be removed from the satin evening gown belt, if needed. Both
