90’s Does 40's Black and White Floral Mock Neck Dress by Loco LindoMeasures 17 across the shoulders, 40 through the bust, 32 at the waist, up to 52 through the hips and length is 44. Sleeves are 4 long from top of shoulder to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 16. Has keyhole opening with one button at neck, loose fit, is slightly short waisted, has cap sleeves and full skirt. Pulls on with no fastenings except for the button at the neck, the loose shape and full skirt will help you get into it.
