Pockets on the front at both hips and soft but structured velveteen fabric made of 100% cotton. A quality piece that will look so cute for colder weather! Great for layering. Measures 39" at the bust, 36" waist, hip about 44", length 35". Excellent condition. Marked vintage size 9 10.
