Unused Makeup Compact For Max Factor Creme Puff 1970s Stratton CompactThis gleaming golden unused makeup compact was crafted in the 1970s by the premier British maker. The lid features a beautiful embossed rose design. The whole item is in super condition. The original pouch, washable sifter and an immaculate powder puff. The manufacturers gilded and lacquered this compact mirror and so it will not tarnish or needed to be cleaned. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. The base is signed Stratton ENGLAND.

The lid is decorated with a gorgeous Art Deco design vertical lines with a blank cartouche & raised gold tone circles

The gilding is original & without any fading - very beautiful

This Stratton "Lipstick Royale" was made in the 1950s

The famous sight of the lid hardly needs any introduction - two fairies kissing surrounded by gorgeous Art Nouveau flowers

The whole item is lacquered brass which means it will never need to be cleaned or tarnish
