I can honestly say that I haven't been this excited about a monthly comic book since I was a teen back in the 80's

does she begin to believe the things Indigo is saying about Swamp Thing's intentions

thereby providing the awkward looks from everyone else

Manchester Black seems to get electrocuted by Lex

Perkins pulls off some incredibly beautiful imagery here and on the other two pages that make up this 3 page opening scene

as she then realizes the reason she doesn't answer is because she's been shot by the Kiss of Death

The story opens with this wonderful series of images flashing back to Levi and Jacob's childhoods on the first page and on this 2nd page of the story

will establish that it has played quite a large role in the history of the Swamp Things
