Basically a Delmonico is a thick cut, very high quality piece of meat with plenty of marbling. Delmonicos are cut from the short loin lending to its tenderness. This cut should be cooked quickly at a high heat by either grilling or broiling. The flavor is legendary and makes it a must try! Like all of our beef products, our Delmonico's are 100% grass fed
