The rod weighs 4 3 4 oz (4 1 8 oz per the hang tag). A classic Payne rod with the "Sold by Abercrombie & Fitch Co." die stamp on the reel seat. The rod is wrapped brown with gold edges. The grip is western style and has been cleaned with no ridging present. The reel seat is uplocking over a spanish cedar insert. Complete with ferrule plugs
