The production of this one is tiny and the availability is very limited
The bubbles and minerality provide verve and a pleasant chalky texture in the med+ finish
today's wine is their intro wine and is known as the best baseline Albarino on the market
giving way to ginger-tinged dried cherries and dusty sage
contributing to the wine's distinct minerality
I have not tasted this vintage but I did have the 2018 a few years ago and it was fantastic
