Cast Metal and Wood American Eagle Candle Stand with SnufferHere is a great vintage candle stick stand with a beautiful American eagle cast in metal below where the candle sits. The stand features an attached candle snuffer with a chain marrying it to the stand. The stick portion of the stand is made from turned wood, while the base is cast metal. The stand is in nice condition with minor wear and tear throughout from years of use and handling. There are two small cracks in the wood of the stand at the bottom,

except for some separation on the left ear

the launcher shoots the coin up and inside the bank

The tail shows some wear and splitting

Here is a very nice antique glass square inkwell with a beautiful geometric design cut into the glass

The bottom of this object is marked BA 96

The bookends are marked Copyright 1930

or you can sit it flat on a surface to display snacks or other foods

This lovely mortar bears a circular maker's mark that includes an image of a mortar and pestle with a leaf on each side along with text around the circle

It is made of hand painted un-glazed porcelain (bisque) and is in good condition

though there is no provenance to back up this claim

sits behind a very nice light orange matte in an all wood frame with a gold border
