Artist statement: I'm interested in finding moments in the seemingly mundane

but our emotional response to their presence

In creating these winter landscapes

Perfect on it's own but plays nice with others

set in 10k gold — small so it’s a glow rather than a statement

and for our souls to take refuge in as well

the light-tangled juniper

foster out-of-the-box thinking

I wanted to capture some of the memorable moments I've had with loved ones
