Otto Zwarg Model 400 Laurentian Fly Reel - Size 2/0For sale here is an Otto Zwarg Model 400 Laurentian salmon fly reel size 2 0. Made in St. Petersburg, FL in 1951. Serial number F176. Right hand retrieve. Excellent condition and all original. Model 400s were made with a multiplying gear. The drag is still perfectly strong and smooth. Full length foot and not filed. The original owner's initials are punched into the reel foot pillar. The reel comes with its original leather case in excellent condition
and some windaways
The neat design of the original Bougle combines with the appealing tear-drop porting to produce a reel that deserves to be in any collection
