MilkyMoon - Storm CloudMilkyMoon is a single ply, fingering weight, 90% merino wool and 10 % Linen, Yarn. Our yarn names were inspired by the Karoo. Having the 10% Linen in the yarn gives a lovely textured rustic look as is our beautiful Karoo. The Linen does not take on the dye as evenly as the merino wool resulting in a delightful highlighting effect. Sometimes the linen is also a little thicker in places so this gives the textured look. This yarn can be used for knitting

This means that from one lot to the next there may be slight variations in colour

miniMoons gives any side project a wide variety of colour without you needing to buy a full ball of yarn

we recommend adding 2 or 3 extra balls to ensure there are no tonal variations

Each skein is hand-dyed and the colour combination can never be repeated
