Lot 069 - Grouping Of 20+ Antique Engravings Of Big Cats, Felines, Including Tigers, Lions, Leopards, , Etc., Circa 1827Pre Auction Notes: From "The Class of Mammalia arranged by the Baron Cuvier with Specific Descriptions" by Edward Griffith, Major Charles Hamilton Smith, and Edward Pidegon, Printed for George B. Whittaker, Ave Maria Lane, London. The mammal engravings in this week's auction were acquired loose, and not removed from the original book by us. Various eonciditon with edge wear, foxing, etc.
It features two round picture frame holes on the left and right and a rectangular frame hole in the center
