However, it is on a thin and brittle paper that seems to have been stiffened by paint. While I am confident this is a painting, there is a slim possibility that is a print. Please review the photos carefully. There are multiple photos of pencil writing on the back which includes the name of artist Otto Fedder, I could find no other examples of
