then edge highlight with a bright silver to give them a chipped and battle-worn look

Highlight armour in aged gold or bronze

Optionally add small details such as cracked floor texture paint or spot colour with a hazard stripe to reinforce the sci-fi setting

This physical resin miniature ships with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned

surrounded by candlelight and reliquary ritual

Add chipping or scratches using a small torn sponge and dark grey paint for a worn

Basecoat the braids with Vallejo Dark Yellow or Citadel Averland Sunset

Basecoat armour panels in a dark iron or gunmetal tone such as Leadbelcher or Scale75 Black Metal

and helmet rims with a bright silver or bronze for contrast against the matte armour

giving the unit a sense of dynamic menace and martial unity at the same time
