Gary Howells Bamboo Rod 7'3" 2/2 #3For sale here is a quite rare Gary Howells bamboo rod 7'3" 2 2 3wt. Serial number 5311. The rod is in unfished lawn cast only condition. All sections are full length and straight. Carbide stripping guide, bronzed guides. Brown wraps with gold tipping. Reverse half wells grip still covered with the original protective plastic and masking tape strip. Aluminum cap and ring reel seat with a cork spacer. Black plastic butt cap. The ferrules are size 11 64

He also sent me a large block of walnut with which to make his reel seats
