The plaster is painted with white paint which is severely chipping and flaking - please note that there will be paint flakes in your package
likely a clown
It is in great condition with no cracks or breaks and would look amazing on any shelf
The metal lamp has been hand painted and the paint shows lovely wear and patina
The frame is made of wood and seems to have a celluloid or other marbled coating with painted details
but appears to be stuck

Its got a beautiful industrial look to it with an Art Deco inspired cast iron base in great green paint
