Lot 150 - Antique Toleware Sandwich Box with Gold-Stenciled "Sandwich" Lettering and Scrollwork, 7-1/4" LAntique toleware sandwich box with a dark japanned finish and gold stenciled "Sandwich" lettering on the lid, flanked by decorative scrollwork. The box has a hinged lid with a shaped molded edge and a front clasp closure. The finish shows extensive wear, scratching, and paint loss throughout, with bare metal exposed on the bottom and edges.

This would be an excellent item for the collector of World War 2 Navy artifacts
