Bogdan Model 00 Fly Reel - LHWA nice Bogdan model 00 salmon reel, set up for LHW. 3 1 4" diameter, this was the Bogdan "grilse" model and weighs in at 10. 3oz. Lightly used with some light rim scuffing to the frame anodizing but excellent mechanical condition overall. Double action 2: 1 retrieve. The frame and spool are the lovely anodized champagne color. The side plates and the drag button are done in the usual black while the reel foot, serpentine handle, buttons, and nameplate

Caliper spring is nice and strong and the bridged tensioner works fine

One tip is 3" short and has a replaced guide wrap

The owner's name is engraved on the side plates and the date of 1949

Beautifully mottle-flamed cane with gold silks and black tipping
