with notes of lead pencil shavings
A classic Napa Cabernet Sauvignon with sweet tannin
but not invisible
the sauvage and a combination of super-fresh red and dark currant scents
Dense ruby/purple in color
as well as abundant and fine bubbles
it should progressively unfold such that in 7 to 8 years
balanced and beautifully persistent
muscular and explosively long finish
who has done so much to raise the level of quality at Chateau Le Gay
This isn't quite as floral as the Amoureuses but it's even spicier with its purple fruit
