Niwaki Shumatsu Secateurs

Niwaki Shumatsu SecateursWe've been testing a pair of these secateurs for over a year now. Why so long because I want to like them but I don't! It's taken us this long to work out where they fit in to our range and now we are happy to offer them as an alternative secateur. These are refered to as an "S" shape. It means the blades are cranked to one side, like a sidebent scissor. I much prefer an "A" shape with the blade centred between the handles. But some people don't, and

The pocket layout works for various tools and theres a zipped pocket on the chest for mobile phones etc

but all of its seven tools have been used at one time for another

I also use mine for sharpening the blade on the lawnmower or other garden tools that don't require a fine edge
