Large 18th Century Tapestry CushionA massive and very decorative feather & down filled cushion or pillow, made of an Aubusson tapestry fragment of floral design, with modern Gainsborough silk backing (new) and vintage fringe trim. Tapestry French, late 18th early 19th century, backing modern, English silk by Gainsborough Textiles. Why we like it We love the massive scale of the pillow, and the slightly faded, patrician look. The back is quite decorative too, can be used either way.
