Made in 1994 to celebrate Scott's 20th year in business. The rod remains in mint condition. The rod features an unsanded blank, characteristic for Scott. Deep burgundy wraps with black tipping. Bright guides. The script is written in a bright red color and is as clean and bold as the day it was written. Along with the usual rod information,
