Mike Spittler Fluted Hollow Fly Rod 8' 2/2 #4A splendid MK Spittler hollow built quad fly rod, 8' 2 piece, 2 tip, built for a #4 line. Serial #390. Weighs 4. 1 oz. Fast D. F. action. Near mint condition. This rod has just a hint of hand soiling on the grip and the start of a ferrule wrap crack at the female ferrule and one tip. Fluted hollow construction. Excellent varnish over flamed cane with a spiral node pattern. The wraps are red with black edges and a 3,2,1 set of signatures in black at
