These are limited edition bottlings, with each bottle being one of no more than 300 drawn from a single cask. Each is also hand numbered and labelled with the cask reference number. the aromas and flavours develop very rapidly
the soils are a blend of clay and flintstone in the Vernou-sur-Brenne and Chancay municipalities
composed principally of Fins Bois with a balancing hand of Petite Champagne
The vermouth is still present but with a big orangey aroma lying on top
A blend of whiskies mostly aged in American Oak and first-fill bourbon casks
