Washington Crossing Cherry #C;ATH11061I made this pen from a cherry tree growing at Washington Crossing the site where Washingtons men, crossed the dangerous ice filled Delaware river on that famous Christmas night, in preparation for the successful surprise attack in the 1st Battle of Trenton. This led to the Ten Crucial Days that rekindled the struggle of the failing American Revolution. This pen is a highly chatoyant dark cherry wood red with a patch of gold and copper flake acrylic.

There was no part of this pen I was willing to cover up so there is no clip

The top portion is beige and gray with chtoyant stripes and a patch of gold flake acrylic

This pen is beige with dark streaks and subtle rings of chatoyance

This pen is a dark cherry wood red with a patch of dark gray at the top just above a hole in the wood that I filled with a bluish peace of mother of pearl
